Monkeys

Today's playdate was at J's house. I really enjoyed it today. It was all planned out and prepared. The kids made monkey crafts, ate a monkey snack (banana pudding), read a monkey book and sang a monkey song. All the kiddos got along sooo well and the mommies had a much needed, relaxing break at the end to chat. (J you really do have great playdates) We didn't leave until 2ish and that is unusual. The kids were having so much fun, no one even stopped to ask about lunch! A and her BFFs played "Queen" for hours while Little J and his motley crew got into just about everything. He particularly loved this theme as he is always referring to himself as "Curious Jordan". He IS my monkey after all.
