The yard is finally turning around. I have planted two more crape myrtles into the yard. Four are dwarfs running along the fence and the two newest are full trees, in bright "dynamite red", smack dab in the middle of the yard. I'm hoping the will eventually be nice rounded canopies providing us with much needed shade. With all my other potted flowers and the dogs in their run, I am finally past my hatred of the yard! I am a far cry from finished. But, as I see it slowly change, I am all the more motivated to trudge on!
