Oh the humanity!

It's the same enigma as to why a baby will dirty a diaper within 5 minutes of being put into a clean one.....
The dog will always, ALWAYS, urinate, defecate or vomit within 24 hours of my having steam cleaned the carpet. This very action, causing me to haul the steamer out every 3 days. The conundrum now is, if I just quit cleaning it, will he transform into a Normal dog and all take all that outside??
