I'm crackin' up. Lil'J is sitting here right now working on a wipe off book. The page has 6 pictures/words listed and two columns below. He is to write the word into the correct column, animal or object. He got to the word shoe. He says "OK OK.... shoe. {tapping the pen to his chin} That's an object, right mom?" I said "Yep. It's not an animal. It doesn't eat {he giggles} and it doesn't breathe does it?" He thought and then said "Oh yes it does. If it's a sketcher with holes"
